Transport to Island:

Distance Male - Island	: 34km , 30mins
● If your international flight arrives in Malé after 10:30 PM, you may need to stay overnight in Malé and incur an extra fee for a speedboat transfer to your final destination.

 

Special Offer  for Stay Period of 01 OCT 2025 - 31 OCT 2026:

Remarks: • in case of weather conditions cause to the cancellation of excursion, the resort would NOT be able to refund the activity’s value to the travel partner and guests.

 

Child Policy:

● Infant aged 0 - 1.99 years have to pay Maldives Green Tax 3Nights = FOC

● Child aged 02 - 11.99 years. Green Tax 3Nights = RM180 to be applied

● First Child is considered the Eldest Child

● For any bookings made with overlapping periods (for bookings that are either starting prior to or ending after the Child Offer travel period), the offer is only applicable for the stay dates that fall within the traveling period mentioned above, for the dates that don’t fall within these periods, the rate will be applicable as mentioned.

**To qualify for the Honeymoon offer, a minimum of 3 Nights stay is required (to be specified at the time of booking

- a copy of marriage certificate/registration dated less than 12 months to be presented at the time of check-in).

General Terms & Conditions:

Resort Functionalities

a) Children are not accommodated at the Water Bungalows unless a disclaimer is signed by the parents.

a) Resort is not equipped to provide facilities for clients who are physically challenged.

b) Baby cot will be provided in the room on a complimentary basis on availability

c) Limited twin rooms available and will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.

d) Rollaway single bed is provided as 3rd bed and triple rooms are the same size as double rooms. (only 01 Rollaway single bed can be placed in a room).

Ex: For 2 adults + 2 children, only 1 rollaway single bed will be provided in the room. The other child will be sharing the bed with the parents at the applicable child rate mentioned above.

● Island may have limited access to certain amenities, we kindly ask that you bring along some personal necessities to enhance your experience.

 

Payment:

** When the time confirm booking 50% deposit payment requested.

** All payments must be made in full 30 days prior to arrival.

**Bookings without full payment received 3 days prior to arrival will be cancelled without notification.
