• Open Mondays -Sundays: 10:00am to 6:00pm
• Closed every Tuesday, except on Malaysian school & public holidays

Terms & Conditions:

• The Hotel can only accommodate to a maximum of two (2) adults in a room
• Hotel check in time is 1500 hours and check out time is 1200 hours. If guest arrives at the hotel prior to check in time, the room will be subject to availability.
• One (1) day admission tickets with quack express to Sunway Lagoon will be issued upon check in based on the number of guests in a room (not more than 2 adults).
• The Sunway Lagoon tickets include entry to ALL parks, including all rides, activities and attractions within the theme park. Not applicable for pay-per-ride activities: Bungy Jump, G-Force X, Go Kart, and Scuba Diving.

Cancellation Policy:

• The Package is non-refundable & non-exchangeable for cash.
• Should postponement be made less than four (5) days prior arrival automatically burn.
