Cancellation Policy:

- Free cancellation 10 days prior to arrival
- For reservations where a NO SHOW or EARLY CHECK OUT occurs, the full charges for the room category reserved will be applicable for the ENTIRE STAY
- All payment for reservations must be received in full prior to guest check-in

**Non–scheduled Boat may be arranged at RM160.00 per boat per way

**After midnight, the cost will be at RM210.00 per boat per way

**Non- schedule boats may be cancelled or amended depending upon sea & weather conditions or upon discretion of the management

**You are requested to be at the respective Jetty Point 10 MINUTES before the schedule departure time
