TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Deposit RM12,000 per person is require upon confirmation.
- Balance payment is required on 25 Jan 2027.
- AF Travel Sdn Bhd have the right to cancel the itinerary if group size is not meet 18 pax by 25 Jan 2027.
- Rates apply to Malaysian and base on Min. 18 Adults + 01 Tour Leader per coach.
- The above proposal is based on current exchange rate of Malaysia Ringgit (MYR).
- Subject of Hotel availability and all prices subject to change without prior notice. Peak season surcharge applies.
- In the event of adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances, the local ground operator reserves the right to alter the tour itinerary without prior notice. No refund for any unused services.
- Airport tax based on subject to issue and confirm. Any currency fluctuation or amendments in taxes, we reserve the right to adjust accordingly.
- Request for early check in or out / connecting room or next to / same floor / bed type are subject to hotel availability upon arrival and may extra charges.
- If visa is not approved, a cancellation fees will be charge from the Total Package accordingly and to be advise.
- AF Travel Sdn Bhd and Princess Cruises may make necessary changes to the boarding, arrival / departure times and ports of call in the itinerary without prior notice due to force majeure or for the safety of passengers.
- If the above situation occurs, the transportation company and AF Travel Sdn Bhd will not be responsible for any refund or compensation. Passengers can purchase cruise-related insurance from insurance companies.
- If a passenger is refused entry or boarding due to his own reasons before traveling, his / her travel expenses will not be refunded. If additional expenses are required, such as transportation arrangements, accommodation, etc., they must be borne by the passengers themselves, and the company has nothing to do with this.
- Personnel participating in cruise travel must abide by the laws of each country, the regulations of the shipping company and the instructions of the captain, and hold valid passports, visas and related travel documents during the trip AF Travel Sdn Bhd is not responsible for persons who are denied entry or boarding to a country for personal reasons or problems with their visa, passport or documents.

@ 120 days or more – Deposits Forfeited & Non-refundable
@ 119 - 82 days: 50% of total packages
@ 81- 67 days: 60% of total packages
@ 66 - 52 days: 70% of total packages
@ 51 - 21 days: 85% of total packages
@ within 21 days: 100% of total packages

- Canada Tourist Visa approx @ RM1,000 per person.
- US Tourist Visa approx @ RM1,110 per person.
- Personal expenses.
