Itinerary

Day 1: Sun, 26 Nov 23 - Arrival – Chiang Mai (D)

Meet and greet at Chiang Mai International Airport. Welcome to Chiang Mai, known as “The rose of the North”, after arriving and meeting a local tour guide at Chiang Mai International Airport. Transfer to check-in at the hotel and free at leisure. Evening, have a welcome dinner for savor authentic northern Thai style dinner well known Khan Toke at Old Chiang Mai Cultural Center and be entertained by cultural and hill tribe performances. Transfer back to the hotel for relaxing your night

Day 2: Mon, 27 Nov 23 - Chiang Mai: Old City & Doi Suthep Temple (B/L/D)

08.30 a.m. Start to Explore City by traveling around the old city and moat with a brief of the city’s history. With over 100 temples in the city area, you will visit the most famous temple, Wat Chedi Luang where the great chedi was built at the end of the 14th century. Lunch will be served with Khao Soi, an iconic and a must-try of Chiang Mai dish. Continue to visit Doi Suthep Temple, tucked away in the mountains at 3,280 feet. The temple is reached by a staircase with 290 steps, flanked by a naga balustrade on either side. The monastery was built by King Gue-Na in 1383. The center is a big Chedi (spired pagoda), which contains partial relics of Lord Buddha. Dinner at Saen Kham's Terrace Restaurant, a Thai cuisine with overlooking of a vast rice field. Transfer back to the hotel to relax your night.

Day 3: Tues, 28 Nov 23 - Chiang Mai: Elephant Experience – Mon Cham – Lantern Festival (B/L/D)

08.00 a.m. Depart for Elephant Experience to get close to the elephants by making herbal food for feeding the elephant. During the feeding process, you have a good opportunity to take photos close-up with the elephants. After that, watch the elephants play in the mud bath. Continue to visit Mon Cham to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, breath some fresh air and relax on top of a hill while soaking in the stunning views. Lunch will be served at Baan Mon Muan’s restaurant where you can absorb 360-degree views of the surrounding mountains. Transfer back to the hotel for refreshing.

16.00 p.m. Depart to venue where you will participate Lantern Festival, up on arrival register ticket (VIP Zone) at main entrance. Received souvenir enjoy activities such as, Loi krathong

18.30-19.30 p.m. Enjoy Lanna Thai Basket Set food, Snacks, desserts, beverages

19.30 p.m. Enter to the ritual area in from of the great pagoda

19.40 p.m. Drum, Candle show, Religious ceremony, Monks chanting,

20.15 p.m. Lunching Lanterns (at your seat zone)

20.45 p.m. End of ceremony and return to hotel.

Day 4: Wed, 29 Nov 23 - Chiang Mai: Inthanon National Park (B/L/-)

08.00 a.m. Escape from the city, and drive along mountain road through impressive scenic of lush geography and forest, until we reach Inthanon National Park, “The Roof of Thailand” which is located 2,565 meters above sea level with all year-round cool weather. Upon arrival, visit the summit to see the viewpoint and admire the natural beauty of Angkha Nature Trail, also known as “Michael's Trail”, who surveyed and designed the Angka boardwalk. The habitat around the boardwalk is magical, very dense, mossy, and lush forest all year round. Continue to the Great Holy Relics Pagodas were built to honor King Rama 9 and Queen’s birthday anniversary. Then, visit Hmong Market where the hill tribe village trades various kinds of vegetation, temperature fruits, and flowers from their own farm. After lunch, visit Mae Klang Luang where you will have a panorama view of the paddy fields, try local coffee, and visit Wachirathan Waterfall the second major waterfall in the national park for a last stop, before driving back to the hotel and free evening

Day 5: Thu, 30 Nov 23 - Chiang Mai – Departure (B)

Spend your morning until departure time. Transfer to Chiang Mai International Airport for departure flight to next destination or return trip home (End tours)
