Scheduled transfer timetable:

● If your international flight arrives in Malé after 17:30 PM, you may need to stay overnight in Malé and incur an extra fee for a speedboat transfer to your final destination.

Resort Functionalities
a) Resort is not equipped to provide facilities for clients who are physically challenged.
b) Limited twin rooms available and will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.
● Island may have limited access to certain amenities, we kindly ask that you bring along some personal necessities to enhance your experience.

Cancellation Policy

● Day Tour canceled due to poor weather conditions, you will have the option to either reschedule for a different date or receive a full day tour refund when back to Malaysia.
● Day Tour requires a minimum of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund when back to Malaysia.

CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW:
Cancellation Policy                        
● This offer package is strictly non-refundable and cannot be canceled or modified under any circumstances.                        
● This offer package is non-refundable. If you prefer a refundable package, an additional fee of RM300 per person will apply.                        
● If excursion tours are canceled during the trip due to poor weather conditions, you will receive a full refund for the affected tours by RM at Malaysia.                        
● Day Tour requires a minimum 10 of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund by RM at Malaysia                        

Payment:

** When the time confirm booking 50% deposit payment requested.
** All payments must be made in full 30 days prior to arrival. 
** Bookings without full payment received 3 days prior to arrival will be cancelled without notification.
