    • Package confirmation will be upon payment made due to flight availability. Any reservation made in advance without payment will not be consider as confirmed bookings unless payment made to guarantee/paid for the flight seat
    • Standard flight fare applicable for child above 2 years old (25 months & above)
    • Seats will not be allocate for infant (0-24 months). However, a minimal flight fare will be impose
    • Above flight fare & availability is subject to changes upon payment made due to flight requirement
    • Tourism Tax Fees of RM10 per room per night is exempted till 30 June 2021. After which, it will be chargeable for all registered NON-Malaysian guests upon arrival as required by Malaysian Government

    Flight Cancellation OR Changes Flight Schedules:

    • At any time, your booking has been made, we may change our schedules and/or cancel, divert, postpone, reschedule or delay any flight where we reasonably consider this to be justified beyond our control or for reasons of safety or commercial reasons.
    • In the event of such flight cancellation, we shall at our option, either:
    • Rearrange earliest alternative flight by another airline via TGG Airport without additional charge.
    • Guest may amend travel date at no additional charge
    • NON cancellation and NON amendment
