Package Remarks
Surcharge:
• Eve of Public Holidays and Public Holidays (i.e. April 7-9, 21-25, 29-30; May 1, 3-4; June: 3-5, Sep: 15-17, 2023) surcharge – RM 200.00 per room per night
Speed Boat Schedule:
Kuala Besut Jetty – Resort: 11.30 am / 2.00 pm**
Resort – Kuala Besut Jetty: 10.30 am / 12.30 pm
** The boat transfer is subjected to weather conditions. The hotel is not liable for compensation due to weather changes.
** Please call at our Kuala Besut Office 20 minutes before boat departure.
** Please be informed that boat from Kuala Besut Jetty to Resort will depart at 2.30pm instead of 2.00pm every Friday.
** For operational reasons, the hotel reserves the right to change any boat departure schedules between Kuala Besut Jetty and hotel without prior notice.
Remarks:
1) Rates quoted in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit).
2) Child between 2 – 11 years old only applies when sharing room with 2 Adults on Twin Basis.
3) The Resort accepts no liability for losses incurred due to failure to connect with other services and cannot be held liable for any loss of baggage or personal items, injury or death resulting from activities in which the participants undertake willingly.
