Itinerary

Day 01 - KUALA LUMPUR - SIEM REAP – CITY TOUR – BOAT TRIP (L/D)

Arrive at Siem Reap airport, you will welcome by our guide and driver to the city. Visit the Western Baray, the largest reservoir constructed during the Khmer Empire. Stretching an incredible 8km in length and 2km in width, this was a key element of the advanced hydraulic system that ensured the ancient Khmers mastered the seasonal cycle of water then we visit the 19th century temple of Wat Bo, one of the most important pagodas in Siem Reap. Then check in hotel for some refreshment! Afternoon, you will visit at Floating Village (Tonle Sap). The Tonle Sap Lake, fed by the mighty Menkong and the Tonle Sap River, is a vast expanse of water that forms the most significant topographical feature in Cambodia then in the centre, hundreds of people streamed in and out of a small alcove where stately brass and bronze statues of Preah Ang Chek and Ang Chom stood. And enjoy doing shopping around Old Market. Lunch at local restaurant. Dinner with apsara dance show at local restaurant. 

Day 02 - SIEM REAP – ANGKOR THOM - ANGKOR WAT - TA PROHM (B/L/D)

Breakfast at hotel. 08:00am - we visit the immense walled city of Angkor Thom Terrace of the Leper King, Terrace of the Leper King, Baphuon, and Bayon Temple) that was the masterpiece of King Jayavarman VII. Following the occupation of Angkor by the Chams from 1177 to 1181, the new king decided to build an impregnable fortress at the heart of his empire. Then continue to the temple of Ta Prohm where Tomb Raider was filmed and one of the largest temples built during the Khmer empire. The outside enclosing wall measures 1000m by 600m and was made from laterite. Afternoon, visit to the mother of all temples, Angkor Wat. Believed to be the world's largest religious building, this temple is the perfect fusion of symbolism and symmetry and a source of pride and strength to all Khmers. And view sun set at Bakheng Mountain. Lunch and Dinner at local restaurant.

Remark: Due to authority set new rule Bakheng Hill allow only 300tourists claim up each time so normally we need to be there around 04:00PM.

Day 03 - SIEM REAP – PHNOM KULEN MOUNTAIN (B/L/D)

Breakfast at hotel. 08:00am - we travel to Phnom Kulen, the sacred mountain that was the birthplace of the Khmer empire. It was here that Jayavarman II proclaimed independence from Java in 802, setting the stage for the glories of the Angkor-era that was to follow. Wat Pre Ang Thom is a focus of pilgrimage for Khmers during religious festivals and the large reclining Buddha carved into a huge sandstone boulder here offers spectacular views across the lush jungle. Nearby are impressive riverbed rock carvings, including innumerable 1000 lingas and representations of Shiva and Vishnu. There is a classic waterfall further downstream which the perfect place to cool off after exploring is and nearby is a small, jungle-clad temple called Prasat Krau Romeas. Then, continue to the Chantiers Ecole workshop of Artisans d'Angkor, a handicrafts cooperative helping to revive the artisan skills of the Angkor. Lunch and Dinner at local restaurant.

Day 04 - SIEM REAP – KUALA LUMPUR (B)

Breakfast at hotel. Check out - next transfer you to the Siem Reap International airport depicturing your next destination
