FERRY SERVICES

• Return ferry services by Bluewater Express from Mersing / Teluk Gading to Tioman Island (Genting Jetty)

        ➢ RM150.00nett (Malaysian) per person for adult

        ➢ RM135.00nett (Malaysian) per person for child (3 – 11 years old)

        ➢ RM170.00nett (non-Malaysian) per person for adult & child

• For those taking Public Ferry from Mersing or Teluk Gading (Tanjung Gemok) Ferry Terminal to Tioman Island – please request first stop at Genting Jetty. Tunamaya only provides ferry shuttle service from Genting Jetty to resort.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• All prices are NOT inclusive of Tourism Tax (TTX) at the rate of RM10.00nett per room per night in accordance with Section 6 Tourism Tax Act 2017 applicable from 1st September 2017
• Guests are required to pay Cukai Kelestarian (Sustainability Tax) of MYR 3.00 per room per night, as required by the Pahang State Government. This amount is not included in the room rate and will be paid directly to the hotel.
• All the above rates are quoted NETT inclusive of relevant taxes, non-commissionable and in RINGGIT MALAYSIA.
• Surcharge of RM100nett per room per night for Malaysia & Singapore School Holiday, Eve of Public Holiday and Public Holiday
• Package rate quoted per inclusive of buffet Breakfast, buffet lunch, buffet dinner and tea break.
• The resort reserves the right to adjust / revise the rates, should there be any changes in the statutory taxes imposed by the local authorities.
• The resort reserves the right to terminate this offer at any time it deems fit to do so by serving a notice of not less than 30 days to your company on condition that all bookings, irrespective of date/s of stay made prior to the date of notice due will be duly honoured as per the conditions of this offer by both parties.
• Fuel surcharge (Ferry Services) : All quoted rates are exclusive of any fuel surcharge imposed by authorities. Any applicable surcharge shall be borne by the client and will be charged accordingly based on the prevailing rate at the time of travel.
