Important Note:
• Prices do not include fuel surcharges, shore excursions, visa fees, travel insurance and other personal expenses.
• Name changes are considered cancellations and are subject to cancellation fees.
• Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against lost luggage, medical expenses and trip cancellations.
• A deposit of RM 10,000 is required after confirmation at the time of booking. Once the group ticket is issued, there is no refund value. Therefore, if the departure is temporarily canceled after the ticket is issued or on the same day, refunds cannot be processed.
• Balance payment is required 100 days before departure.
• If visa is not approved (100 days before departure date), a cancellation fee of RM 1,500 per person will be charged. If the departure date is canceled less than 100 days due to visa disapproval, a cancellation fee will be charged in accordance with the above cancellation policy.
• AF Travel and Princess Cruises may make necessary changes to the boarding, arrival/departure times and ports of call in the itinerary without prior notice due to force majeure or for the safety of passengers.
• If the above situation occurs, the transportation company and AF Travel will not be responsible for any refund or compensation. Passengers can purchase cruise-related insurance from insurance companies.
• If a passenger is refused entry or boarding due to his own reasons before traveling, his/ her travel expenses will not be refunded. If additional expenses are required, such as transportation arrangements, accommodation, etc., they must be borne by the passengers themselves, and the company has nothing to do with this.
• Personnel participating in cruise travel must abide by the laws of each country, the regulations of the shipping company and the instructions of the captain, and hold valid passports, visas and related travel documents during the trip. AF Travel is not responsible for persons who are denied entry or boarding to a country for personal reasons orproblems with their visa, passport or documents.
